ED Claims New Evidence Against Manish Sisodia; Court Extends His Judicial Custody Till April 17
New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday opposed a bail plea by AAP leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the Delhi excise policy case. The agency told a Delhi court that it is at a "crucial" stage in terms of investigation and has found fresh evidence of Sisodia's complicity in the case, reported PTI. The agency made the submissions while seeking time to argue on the bail application of Sisodia.
