  • DemoCrez gives a platform to organize a number of events for the community. You can find & create the details of various activities and events in the Events group.

  • At DemoCrez, we take the campaign very seriously. Read the latest articles and get in-depth knowledge about fitness in the Articles group.

  • If someone is impersonating you then report such a profile. To report, go to one of his/her DemoCrez and click on the downward facing arrow on the right side of the DemoCrez and then select ‘Report User’. In that option, you will find numerous options, out of them select Option - 1, ‘It’s a fake account (They’re pretending to be me or someone else).’

    We have already acknowledged this as a problem. We are working on resolving this and making it available soon

  • Trending DemoCrez as are the ones that the community loves and engages with. DemoCrez in trending hashtags are shown on reaction basis and not on ‘how recent a nayaha’ is. Although, soon we will release a filter in the feed where you can change your mode from ‘most engaging’ post to ‘Latest’ post. For a better user experience we recommend you to post a minimum of 2 quality DemoCrez daily.

  • Abusive and hateful language is something we do not encourage on Nayaha. We request you to report such language or DemoCrez where you observe profanity so that we can take the necessary steps.

  • DemoCrez is a year old startup and comparing it with Twitter and Facebook might not be fair. Nonetheless, many exciting features along with multilingual nayaha creation are coming soon, Stay Tuned!

  • DemoCrez has a diverse and engaged community of more users. You can share your journey with them on nayaha across five social groups viz. Q&A, Political knowledge, Election, Articles, Events and Campaign.

  • Registering on DemoCrez is the first step of your  journey. Download the app or visit www.democrez.com. Click on Sign Up and register using any of the 3 options available viz. email, Phone number with OTP.

  • You need to have an account on DemoCrez before you can login. To create an account, register with DemoCrez. Once this is done, enter your registered email address and password and click on “Sign in” to log in to your account.

  • At DemoCrez, we value your privacy. All your personal information, including your pictures and details are completely secure. DemoCrez will not share any information without your prior consent. To learn more, please read our Privacy Policy.

  • If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! Follow a few simple steps to recover it. First, click on the "Forgot Password" option and enter your registered email ID. You will receive an OTP. Enter the OTP in the nayaha App, type your new password and click on confirm. If you still face any issues, email us at support@nayaha.com and we'll help you out.

  • We do not have any direct role in a user's activity. A users’ following is the reflection of a community's interests. As a suggestion, we request you to post minimum two quality nayahas everyday for a very engaging experience at nayaha.

  • Dear user, we are aware of it. For an absolutely smooth experience there needs to be various improvements to be made which are time consuming. We are an early-stage startup, growing rapidly. All the features you have come to love on other platforms along with some unique features will soon be available on nayaha.

  • Feed might not be updating because of the following reasons:

    (a) Feed will take a little time to load if you've logged in after many days, as in, a minimum of one week. Please refresh once and it will be good to go.

    (b) Feed is also dependent on the activity of the profiles one follows. In case you are following less profiles we request you to follow more interesting profiles.
